Summary

Multiple materials were explored and assessed on their potential as alternatives. This includes,
but is not limited to bio PET, bio PE and starch based plastics. Unfortunately these trials did not
result in presentable bags, in line with our customer’s brand values. Nor were they strong enough
for continuous re-use.
